Let's Encrypt incident is now resolved. Cloudflare managed certificate backlog is still clearing.

Let's Encrypt are seeing SSL certificates provisioning delays. You can read their public status page here:

SSL certificates already in production and other CAs certificate provisioning remains unaffected and are operating normally.
